In his current role, as CEO of Varo-Real Investments, and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Teodo-Holdings LLC, Diego has delivered unprecedented, double-digit revenue growth year after year.

Prior to that, at the young age of 25, he led his market in residential real estate sales.  Able to hold the number one spot for Top Sales Agent in his market for 4 years of the 6 years he was an active sales agent. 

Diego’s success in the real estate residential business is best exemplified by his accomplishment in obtaining the acclaimed National 30 Under 30 Realtor award making him the only real estate sales agent in his market to have obtained this notable feat. At 23 years of age, he broke the mark for 100 units sold in one year. His goal as CEO of The HIVE Real Estate team is to instill this same drive in each of the partner agents.
